RV Friendly Easy Maple Syrup & Walnut Baked Brie
Updated: May 6, 2021
Have you ever had Baked Brie? This appetizer is probably one of my favorite appetizers to make when entertaining at our rig or going to someone else's rig/house!
This recipe is most definitely an RV friendly item as it is small enough to fit in most RV ovens! Remember, everything is small in an RV, including the oven.
So here is my recipe. Enjoy! And if you make it, don't forget to let me know and tag me on IG #sandrinecooks.
1 soft brie wheel
1 small bag of whole walnuts
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of good maple syrup
1 small apple thinly sliced
Crackers or baguette slices
Heat your oven to 375F and let it come to temp for 15 mins.
Lay your brie on a small sheet pan or small dish.
Pour the Maple Syrup over the brie.
Add all the walnuts on top of the brie. It's ok, if some fall on the side! And you can drizzle a little more of the maple syrup over the walnuts.
Bake for 15 mins or so until the brie is warmed through.
Enjoy with apple slices and your favorite crackers or bread!
